AI adoption is moving faster than governance.

We make it governable, buildable, and real.

Our engagements reduce risk, accelerate decisions, and turn complex change into trusted solutions. We help leaders adopt AI and modernise platforms with confidence in regulated environments.

Since 1999, the same discipline that built hardened, high-availability systems now shapes our approach to AI: confidentiality, integrity, availability, and real operational control.

AI Readiness
Prioritise use cases. Assess readiness. Plan next steps.
Governance
Controls and accountability that hold under pressure.
Delivery
Architecture that ships, not just architecture that slides.
How we bridge it

The messy middle between strategy and production.

AI initiatives stall where boardroom ambition meets operational reality: stalled pilots, legacy system resistance, and boards demanding evidence. We turn that energy into systems that move.

Confidentiality

Protect data before it enters AI workflows.

Integrity

Design controls so outputs can be audited and trusted.

Availability

Build on reliable platforms with resilient integrations.

Reputation

Adopt AI in ways that stakeholders trust.

What we do

Focused engagements for AI-ready systems.

Structured work for organisations that need to act on AI without losing control of data, governance, or delivery.

Experience includes

  • Enterprise data, integration, BI, governance, and platform leadership.
  • 100+ production APIs with high-reliability patterns.
  • Large-scale ETL/ELT and data ingestion.
  • Generative AI governance and safe-use guardrails.
  • AI-assisted delivery using Node.js, Claude Code, and modern integrations.
  • Banking, utilities, aviation, cybersecurity, telecom, and platform technology.

Transparent starting prices. Scope confirmed after a discovery call. Reduced rates available for selected nonprofit and public-interest organisations.

How engagements work

2-day clarity sprint

  • Day 1: stakeholder intake, use-case triage, data and risk scan.
  • Day 2: priorities, gaps, guardrails, and a 90-day action plan.

3-day executive briefing

  • Day 1: decision context, risks, constraints, and audience needs.
  • Day 2: narrative, options, tradeoffs, and board-level questions.
  • Day 3: briefing pack, decision memo, and next-step alignment.

5-day design engagement

  • Day 1-2: assessment, architecture review, and gap mapping.
  • Day 3-4: design workshops, control model, and roadmap validation.
  • Day 5: playbook handoff, implementation sequence, and executive readout.

About RO IT Systems

Founded in 1999. Rebuilt for the AI era.

Founder Bio

Morgane Oger

Morgane Oger founded RO IT Systems in 1999 in Sheffield, UK. The company later operated through Zurich and Vancouver, building experience across financial services, utilities, aviation, and public-interest technology.

Earlier in her career, Morgane worked in autonomous systems and subsea robotics—environments where automation limits and safety margins are real engineering problems. That grounding now shapes her approach to AI governance and agentic systems.

She brings more than two decades in enterprise data platforms, cloud architecture, systems integration, and AI governance—spanning engineering, executive technology leadership, and delivery. Recipient of Canada’s Meritorious Service Medal.

“AI that is not governed is not trustworthy. AI that is not trustworthy does not last.”
— Morgane Oger, RO IT Systems
